Chris Stovall is a seasoned veteran with over 20 years of experience in utility damage prevention. Currently serving as CEO of Line-Scape & President of Texas811, he drives strategic initiatives to modernize the industry and enhance safety. Chris serves on the board of directors for Progressive Partnering, Inc., one of the largest 811 software providers in the world and The Damage Prevention Action Center, a new organization dedicated to driving nationwide change through advocacy to federal, state and local policymakers.
Prior to his current roles, Chris honed his skills as an Air Traffic Controller for both the United States Air Force and the Federal Aviation Administration, earning numerous accolades. His dedication to precision and safety in high-stakes environments laid the foundation for his successful career in protecting lives and critical underground infrastructure.
