I have seen a recent surge in the discussion around Positive Response. Personally, I see a lot of benefit from the Positive Response system. I think it can increase safety, lower damages, make things more efficient and improve communication. Some recent industry reports cite improved coordination as one of the top ways to reduce project delays. Positive Response is not without challenges. It may require some additional training, it’s an extra step in the process, and there is potential for errors that could lead to dangerous situations. If done right, I think it can make life easier for every stakeholder in the process. I am looking forward to an upcoming Town Hall that will discuss if Positive Response improves clarity or creates confusion.
